Celtic F.C
‘I have seen him live,’ says Neil Lennon, who believes Celtic will sign a’really good player’.
Celtic have some important decisions to make before the January transfer window opens.
Celtic fans are expecting high-quality players to be added to the squad, but Brendan Rodgers himself is looking for new additions.
Bojan Miovski, Aberdeen’s thriving hitman, is one name that has recently been making the rounds.
If you score goals as a striker in any top or recognised league, you will almost certainly be tipped to secure a transfer because number 9’s seem to be in high demand all the time.
Could Bojan Miovski be one for Celtic and Brendan Rodgers? Well, Neil Lennon thinks there is ‘no question’ that he has the levels to play for the Scottish Premiership champions, as he told PLZ Soccer.
The Bhoys legend went on to say that he ‘loves the attitude’ of the 24-year-old and that he is a’really good player’.
Celtic to sign Bojan Miovski?
“I love Miovski as well, I have to say,” said Lennon. “He took his goal brilliantly (against Hearts).
“These players are priceless to clubs because they are the difference in one point or three points.
“No question, no question,” Lennon said of Miovsk’s chances at Celtic. “I have seen him live. I love his attitude to his game. There are no histrionics with him. He runs the channels and works his tail off.
“Everything he gets in the game, he deserves. I love his attitude and he is a really good player. I think he has been fantastic this season.”
Bojan Miovski for Aberdeen
Given Aberdeen’s dismal season thus far, both on the domestic and European fronts, Miovski’s ability to perform at a high level must be lauded.
He has 12 goals and three assists in 25 games this season in all competitions, including six goals in the Scottish Premiership – he will be hoping to become a Dons legend if he helps his side win the Scottish League Cup against Rangers on Sunday.
Is Miovski superior to Kyogo Furuhashi? There is no way. However, some argue that he would fare better than Hyeongyu. Oh.
Furthermore, there is a good chance that the aforementioned duo will leave in January (specifically, January 12th) to compete in the Asian Cup Games.
If that’s the case, Rodgers will be significantly lighter up top than usual.
