Celtic winger Liel Abada is at the centre of a delicate situation at Parkhead, and his future with the club is far from certain based on current evidence.
Due to a challenging personal situation he is facing in the midst of ongoing events in his native country, Brendan Rodgers has decided not to include the Israel international in his last two matchday squads.
Since then, Irish manager Brendan Rodgers has acknowledged that Abada might leave the team, saying, “It’s a possibility, it’s a possibility,” during his pre-game press conference prior to the Hoops’ draw with Kilmarnock. However, we’ll see. We’ll collaborate on it.

According to reports, Major League Soccer teams are willing to sign the 22-year-old permanently, and a loan agreement is also thought to be a real possibility.
According to Transfermarket, Abada has made 112 appearances for Celtic in all competitions, tallying 29 goals and 22 assists overall.
However, he hasn’t performed up to par this term, which could be explained by the situation he’s in right now.

There may be another twist in store for Liel Abada’s Celtic future.

Abada’s agent is expected to travel to Glasgow in order to negotiate a Parkhead exit for his client, with a long-term agreement possibly in the works, according to Israeli publication Sport 5.
Although the report claims that the amount Celtic is asking is problematic, it is still possible that the 22-year-old will leave the team.
The Bhoys are not interested in any deal that would allow Abada to leave on a loan basis, even though his future is uncertain.
