Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest has signed a player and will not be making payment until after June 30th.
Nottingham Forest is just waiting for payment to be received after June 30th, having already completed a signing.
In case you’re not aware, Nottingham Forest needs to raise £20 million by June 30th to meet the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) deadline.
After July 1st, a new fiscal year starts, and Nottingham Forest intends to pay for its first summer acquisition.
Carlos Miguel has joined Nottingham Forest.
According to a report from South American reporter Bruno Andrade, Nottingham Forest has essentially signed Carlos Miguel from Corinthians; all they need to do is send the money to the massive Brazilian team.

The agreement is for €4 million (£3 million), and the Reds are “just waiting” to put the money down.
“Carlos Miguel, Nottingham Forest is just waiting for the Premier League’s definition of financial fair play for 24/25 to deposit the 4 million euros of the fine into Corinthians’ account,” Andrade wrote on X. The goalie and I have a verbal agreement that lasts for five years, and he has already made his departure known.
CNN in Brazil is outraged by the deal because club legend Cassio was only sold recently in order to guarantee Miguel’s position as Corinthians’ top player.
Another goalie might come next.
Two goalkeepers are expected to join Nottingham Forest this summer, as Matt Turner and Odysseas Vlachodimos are expected to depart, according to a story from the Telegraph.
After losing his starting spot to Dean Henderson at Selhurst Park, Miguel appears destined to be the first of these two goalkeeping additions. Sam Johnstone, the number one player for Crystal Palace, is rumoured to be the second.
Despite having had a bid for the England international rejected in January, Nottingham Forest is still hoping to bring the Manchester United academy graduate to the City Ground.
There is hope for a striker to join Nottingham Forest on a free transfer, so be sure to keep an eye on their progress.
