According to journalist Cesar Luis Merlo from South America, Ramon Sosa’s relocation to Nottingham should at last make significant headway.

Over the course of the last week or so, the verbal agreement between Talleres and the Premier League team to move became a dramatisation of the entire situation.
Subsequently, it was revealed that Nottingham Forest had altered the previously agreed upon details when putting the oral agreement on paper. Needless to say, that didn’t sit well with Talleres, who publicly blamed the English club.

In the meantime, Sosa practically went on strike because he wasn’t ready to give up on his dream of playing in the Premier League.
Talleres’ manager reiterated to everyone on Monday that Sosa desires to relocate to England in light of Nottingham Forest’s approach.
Following that, there were instant claims of a fresh offer, but Talleres later denied receiving anything similar.
Talleres are reportedly “ready to accept” Nottingham Forest’s “latest offer” for Sosa, according to Cesar Luis Merlo. This includes a fixed fee of €12 million and potential bonuses of €3.5 million.
Before anyone changes their mind, the legal process is now underway to reach a final agreement.
