Officials have been confirmed for Celtic’s match against Heart of Midlothian this weekend.

Celtic solution to left-back problem could already be at the club

The Hoops return to action after the international break on Saturday, when they host the Jambos at Parkhead.

The Celts, who have won five out of five games in all competitions this season, are looking to build on their impressive start.

Brendan Rodgers’ team is in excellent form, with no league goals conceded.

Hearts are winless this season, but after a few weeks off, it’s impossible to predict which Jambos team will visit Glasgow’s east end on Saturday.

One thing is certain going into the game: the officials.

Indeed, the SFA confirmed this morning who will be in charge of the game.

Colin Steven is slated to play the man in the middle. Frank Connor and Calum Spence will run the lines. Alan Muir is on VAR, assisted by Graham McNeillie.

This weekend, Celtic play in the traditional Saturday 3pm slot.

Next Wednesday, they host Slovan Bratislava in the UEFA Champions League, followed by a league cup quarter-final against Falkirk.

The Scottish Premiership champions have three enticing games coming up, and Rodgers will want to make the most of their home advantage in each of them.
