Crazy Browns stat goes viral during latest loss.

The Cleveland Browns delivered yet another dismal offensive performance on Sunday, and one statistic that went viral demonstrates how bad things have gotten for Deshaun Watson and company.

Is Deshaun Watson playing today? Latest on Browns QB ahead of Week 2 vs. Jaguars

The Browns fell to 1-5 on the season, losing 20-16 to the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During the second half, the FOX broadcast noted that Cleveland had failed to convert on third down in their previous 26 attempts.

That’s where the streak ended, as the Browns broke their 0-for-26 streak by finally getting a first down on third down. The fact that it took so long is mind-blowing.

Other statistics from Cleveland’s most recent loss were also quite shocking. As ESPN’s Field Yates pointed out, the Browns are the first NFL team since 2014 to score less than 20 points in each of their first six games.

Watson, who has a fully guaranteed $230 million contract, has not thrown for more than 200 yards in a game. Despite this, head coach Kevin Stefanski reiterated on Sunday that he will not make a quarterback change.

Stefanski has not ruled out making more significant changes to Cleveland’s offense.
