Brendan Rodgers directly answers Kieran Tierney Celtic talk
Speaking in his press conference before Celtic take on Aberdeen tomorrow, Rodgers has insisted there was nothing to note concerning his crossing of paths with Tierney last week.
“It was great to see him,” he explained. Since we were both down there, Kieran and I have stayed in touch.He has obviously been injured, therefore the club’s invitation was a kind gesture. He was a fantastic player for this team, and his injuries and other issues at Arsenal are regrettable.
“To get people talking these days, it doesn’t take much.”
