Celtic TV laugh loudly at Rangers as they go in two-footed with Clement and Co openly mocked
Giggling Celtic TV host Gerry McCulloch couldn’t resist sticking the boot into Rangers as he kept Parkhead punters waiting on events from Pittodrie.
The Parkhead presenter reeled off results from the Scottish Premiership but left the half-time score between Aberdeen and Rangers off his list.
As he joked that one more score had magically been shown to him, McCulloch was only making fun of the audience. He told those of a green and white persuasion that Jimmy Thelin’s was ahead 1-0 in the Granite City after Nicky Devlin had scored. The rest of the top flight action was scheduled to take place. The game would be won 2-1 by Aberdeen.
Peter Grant was laughing at the humor, but Simon Donnelly was just grinning ruefully. A fearless Dundee team that was eager to start their season was a formidable opponent for Celtic. With a League Cup matchup against Aberdeen and upcoming games against Leipzig, Hearts, and Kilmarnock, Brendan Rodgers’ team is aiming for a successful month at the box office.
