Elliot Anderson says Chris Wood has been playing like Cristiano Ronaldo
Chris Wood has been the surprise of the season in the Premier League.
Nottingham Forest fans knew how good he is, but no one will have expected him to be the joint-second top scorer in the Premier League after ten games.
One of Wood’s new Nottingham Forest supporters, Elliot Anderson, has even likened his recent performances to Ronaldo’s.
Speaking in an interview with The Times, here is what he had to say.
“I can’t really put my finger on why — we have an amazing defence and then we have Chris Wood up front, who’s like Ronaldo at the minute.”
Chris Wood playing like Ronaldo?
Well, we believe it could be Cristiano Ronaldo or Brazilian Ronaldo.
Chris Wood certainly resembles the latter in terms of build and style of play, holding up the ball and the ruthless finishing this season.
