Nottingham Forest stance on Morgan Gibbs-White

According to the Daily Mail, Gibbs-White has yet to agree a new contract with the club.

Gibbs-White still has two and a half years left on his current contract, therefore it is reportedly quite improbable that he will leave this month.

According to the article, since Gibbs-White is currently playing well, any bids made this month may open the door for additional offers in the summer.

This season, the 24-year-old has contributed three goals and three assists, with five of those goals occurring in December.

Given that Gibbs-White is flourishing under Nuno Espirito Santo, the manager will want to make sure his player remains on Trentside for the foreseeable future.

Gibbs-White’s teammates are beginning to assist him a bit more, which has undoubtedly helped and given him more chances to get on the ball.

In addition to his goal, which came after a beautiful touch that got him past the defense, his assist for the first Forest goal against Everton was magnificent over the weekend.

Gibbs-White is undoubtedly a rising star, and hopefully he won’t have to wait long to sign a new deal.
