The hilarious thing Nottingham Forest fans were spotted doing to Anthony Taylor during VAR check
Forest fans try to bribe Anthony Taylor during VAR call.
Although the goal’s exclusion ultimately didn’t matter, it’s safe to argue that a 4-1 victory seems much more likely than a 3-2 one.
Taylor was instructed to reconsider his judgment to let the goal to stand when replays determined that Chris Wood had interfered with play from an offside position, shortly after Milenkovic believed he had given Forest a fourth of the afternoon.
In a comical attempt to bribe the referee, Forest supporters were seen flashing wallets and credit cards while Taylor looked at the monitor.
Unfortunately for the fans at that end of the City Ground, Taylor’s decision to rule out the goal meant that they would not win.
