Alan Myers is certain that Tim Cahill is now doing something to boost Everton’s takeover chances

Even though there are still two games left, one could be forgiven for believing that Everton’s season is over given how the story around the team has entirely moved past the football.

But given that they only managed to secure survival last month, it’s hardly surprising that focus has shifted to the more urgent takeover scenario.

especially in light of all the recently released reports.

For the past eight months, 777 Partners and the Premier League have been engaged in intense negotiations as they desperately try to raise the remaining funds.

However, as time runs out, alternative investors will undoubtedly begin to appear.

Alan Myers predicts a Tim Cahill takeover.

One such possible rescuer is said to be from Qatar, and if the Miami-based organization’s bid fails, it is already being planned for a rescue operation.

A large number of parties should be interested in Everton, given their size and history, but few are willing to approach them due to their precarious financial situation.
Tim Cahill, who has connections to Qatar due to their role in hosting the 2022 World Cup, is one man who might be able to mediate such a marriage.
As the nation’s technical football director, he could be able to pressure them into making this acquisition in order to help his home nation and the team he once played for.

Journalist Alan Myers was certain that Cahill was already doing this when he was questioned about whether he might be outselling Everton in this way: “I’m sure he already does.”

777 Partners must abandon their attempt to acquire Everton.

This drawn-out takeover could have been resolved long ago, and 777 Partners’ negligence is largely to blame for the delay.

It always seems like there is more pressure on them because of the struggles they have faced, including the gradual dissolution of some assets and allegations of fraud and underpayment of their players.

Nevertheless, they manage to survive, albeit briefly, and show up at Goodison Park to preserve their reputation.

If Farhad Moshiri had simply given up on his first option, he could have resolved this genuinely perplexing process.

The obstinate Iranian seems determined to condemn Everton to more chaos even after he leaves because he can’t seem to let go of the fact that this is his only way out of the team.

It’s completely understandable, and either 777 Partners should cut their losses and realise that this doesn’t seem like a deal worth doing at the moment for an institution in such disarray, or he needs to finally move on.
