‘Best in the Premier League’: Chris Sutton raves about Nottingham Forest duo as he predicts Everton result
Chris Sutton backs Everton to draw with Nottingham Forest
Sutton, writing on BBC Sport, has described Forest’s centre-back pairing of Nikola Milenkovic and Murillo as the best in the Premier League.
Additionally, he commended Anthony Elanga for his “decent scoring run” and praised Ola Aina for his “phenomenal form.”
However, after earning a point at Manchester City the previous time out, Sutton picked Everton to grab another 1-1 draw against tough opponents.
“Nottingham Forest continues to win, but even though Everton has three straight draws, they defeated Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City in games that everyone, including myself, expected them to lose,” Sutton started.
“Everton’s perseverance has earned them those results, but I thought Iliman Ndiaye’s equalizer against City was an incredible goal.” The way he interpreted it, it was an aim of pure beauty, and they seem to be a constant threat.
“Forest has been playing good defense as well; they defeated Tottenham 1-0 despite having less than 30% of the ball.”This season, their right-back Ola Aina is playing at an incredible level, while their center-back duo of Nikola Milenkovic and Murillo has been the finest in the Premier League.
It will be difficult for Everton to stop Anthony Elanga, who scored their game-winning goal against Spurs, as they are also on a strong scoring streak.
“I think Sean Dyche’s side will surprise a few people again here, though, and I am going for them to get another draw.”
