CLEVELAND, OHIO — The Browns’ run defence has received high praise for the majority of the season, but has recently slipped.

The run defence allowed the seventh-fewest rushing yards per game (91.6) entering Week 11. However, in recent weeks, the increase in yards allowed has lowered their ranking to 12th (105.9).

In the win over Pittsburgh, Cleveland’s run defence allowed 172 yards (6.6 per carry) and one touchdown, with Jaylen Warren accounting for 129 of those yards.

The run defence allowed 169 yards (4.3 per carry) and two touchdowns in the first quarter of the loss to Denver.

The run defence is critical for this defence, which faces a Rams running game that ranks 14th in rushing yards per game (114.0).

Watch Sports 4 CLE host Dave Bacon and Garrett Bush of the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show discuss the Browns and their run defence in the video at the top of this post.
