Celtic Receives Contact From Italian Giants Regarding Bhoys Star
According to Sky Sports News, Italian club Juventus has inquired about signing Celtic midfielder Matt O’Riley.
The Bhoys are now working on the transfer window and expect to sign a new custodian soon.
They will have to deal with approaches for their in-demand players, such as midfielder O’Riley.
Roma, Atletico Madrid, and Southampton have already expressed interest in the Danish midfielder, while Atalanta had a bid rejected.
Juventus has now contacted Celtic to inquire about O’Riley.
Celtic do not want to lose O’Riley, and Juventus will most likely have to dig deep to come up with a fee high enough to persuade the Bhoys.
Thiago Motta, the new coach of the Italian giants, is looking for a midfielder.
They admire O’Riley and what he has accomplished at Celtic, but it remains to be seen whether a deal to bring him to Turin can be reached.
