Celtic Summer’s Unhappy Signing Attempts to Secure Loan Exit

Marco Tilio is reportedly looking to leave the club on loan during the upcoming January transfer window.

Tilio’s representatives are said to be contacting Sydney FC and Melbourne City about possible loan opportunities in the A-League.

A loan move could provide Tilio with regular playing time, which is critical for his development and evaluation of long-term goals. Tilio is under contract with Celtic until 2028, indicating that the club sees potential in him. As a result, a temporary departure does not necessarily mean the end of his career at Celtic.

Tilio’s success at Celtic may necessitate a loan to another Scottish Premiership club or a European club rather than a return to the A-League.
