Chris Sutton shares why Everton worry him in Arsenal v Manchester City title admission

Ahead of Sunday’s (19 May) Premier League season finale between Everton and Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, Chris Sutton has shared his prediction.

The Toffees could play a significant role in the Premier League title contest as Sean Dyche’s team stands in the way of the Gunners’ attempt to win the league for the first time since the 2003–04 season.
West Ham United and Manchester City, who are tied for first place in the Premier League with just two points separating them, will visit the Etihad Stadium simultaneously.

Sutton responded, “I think you’re living in cloud cuckoo land,” when asked if Everton can claim a positive result against Arsenal on BBC Radio 5 Live on Saturday, May 18, at 6:22 p.m.

“As an Everton supporter, I’m concerned because, while Sean Dyche has demonstrated that his team is well-organized, given the stakes for Manchester City and Arsenal, I fear that Everton and West Ham may not have the same psychological advantage.”

Is Everton able to defeat Arsenal and give the Premier League title to Manchester City?
As the Premier League title comes down to the very last minute, it appears much more likely that Everton will defeat Arsenal in the two games remaining on the final day than that West Ham will steal any points from Man City.

By conceding fewer goals than his Toffees team, only Man City, Arsenal, and Liverpool have demonstrated how well-drilled Dyche’s team can be defensively.
Even with their strong defensive record, only Sheffield United has allowed fewer goals this season, indicating that the main problems at Goodison Park are in the attacking third of the pitch.

It wouldn’t be entirely out of the ordinary for Everton to triumph on Sunday, especially given that they have won four of their last five games and have not lost to Chelsea.

Pep Guardiola will be hoping that the Toffees’ four-game winning streak against the Gunners, which dates back to their eighth meeting, continues this weekend.
