The Gers confirmed on their website that he will join the club as Head of Performance from the Premier League side later this month.

The latest management team announcements should be viewed positively by Rangers, as there is a wealth of experience and football knowledge on the team.

Rae’s appointment is a wise move to ensure that there is someone working alongside Clement who truly understands the club’s mission.

Bringing Taylor from Brighton also appears to be a wise move after he has helped the English club achieve great success in recent years.
