Dundee United is finalising the deal for Liverpool starlet.
According to journalist Scott Burns, young Liverpool midfielder Luca Stephenson is currently in Scotland, completing a move to Dundee United.
Jim Goodwin is still working to improve his Terrors squad before the summer transfer window closes.
Goodwin is interested in signing Liverpool starlet Stephenson, and a loan agreement has been reached with the Premier League giants.
The young midfielder is now at Tannadice as he completes his move to Dundee United.
Stephenson spent last season on loan at League Two club Barrow.
He played regularly for the north-west club, making 30 League Two appearances and being booked six times.
Now Stephenson will try to settle into life in the Scottish Premiership.
Dundee United will face St Mirren in the Scottish League Cup next, followed by St Johnstone in the league.
