Sam Parkin issues Derby County vs Norwich City score prediction
Speaking on the Championship Check-In podcast, EFL pundit Sam Parkin has shared his score prediction for the game between Derby and Norwich.
In their most recent match in 2021, Norwich—who are currently one point and one position below the Rams—overcame their rivals, with a goal from former Nottingham Forest player Kieran Dowell.
Parkin thinks the Canaries will continue their winning ways in this match and break Derby’s home winning streak.
Parkin declared: “I will go for Derby’s run to end at Pride Park,” claiming that Derby “rode their luck” in the victory over Middlesborough last month and projecting Norwich to win 2-1. Derby has, in my opinion, clearly been excellent. They really rode their luck in the match against Middlesbrough, which they won.
“I believe they have triumphed three times to zero, are they not? However, I’m going to go for Norwich to be feeling much better about things after that thumping win. I am going to go for Norwich to win at Derby by two goals to one.”
