Ephron Mason-Clark joins Coventry City.

Coventry City is pleased to announce the signing of Ephron Mason-Clark from Peterborough United.

The pacy forward joins the Sky Blues for an undisclosed fee and has signed a contract with the club through June 2028.

He will return to Peterborough on loan for the rest of the 2023-24 season.

This season, the 24-year-old Ephron has been in superb form for League One promotion-chasing Peterborough United, scoring 15 goals and assisting 8 times in 36 games across all competitions.

Mason-Clark, who was born in Lambeth, joined Peterborough United from Barnet during the summer transfer window in 2022, and was named captain a year later. He has played 82 games for Posh and scored 25 goals.

He began his career at Barnet and progressed through the Academy ranks before making his debut in 2016. Ephron would make 185 appearances for the Bees, scoring 22 goals.

Manager Mark Robins explained:

“We are delighted to have agreed the transfer of Ephron to Coventry City.

“He is a quick and exciting forward who plays on the left side and has a positive attitude both on and off the pitch.

“We’re very happy to welcome Ephron to the Club, and we’re confident that our fans will be as well, though we’ll have to wait until the summer to see him in a Sky Blue shirt.

“This will conclude our transfer business in this window.”

Mason-Clark stated:
