With season tickets selling steadily as Hearts fans anticipate another successful year in Gorgie, the club-supporter relationship is strong. Tynecastle Park will host European league-stage matches this season for the second time in three years, demonstrating the club’s progress. It appears that every Hearts fan wants a seat to see their team right now.

They’re not the only ones. Tynecastle is regarded by many other club supporters as the best away day in Scotland due to its atmosphere. There is an outside interest in how many tickets will be allocated to travelling supporters for the 2024/25 season. Due to ongoing fan demand, Hearts officials have no plans to change their policy on away allocations.

They are close to selling out season tickets for the third year in a row, which means the Jambos will command 15,500 seats at every home game. Away allocations were reduced to 650 for all clubs except Hibs last summer, and this arrangement will last at least another year.

That means Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen, and all other Premiership teams visiting Tynecastle will have their own section of the Roseburn Stand for their fans. Hibs will continue to receive the full stand for Edinburgh derby matches as part of a long-standing reciprocal agreement between them and Hearts to maximise atmosphere in those games.

Tynecastle officials have prioritized their own fans and will continue to do so as long as there is demand. In addition to the 15,500 season tickets, seats will be available for general sale for the majority of home matches this season. Hearts begin their 2024/25 Premiership season at home against Rangers on Saturday, August 3.
