In a shocking turn of events, Sean Dyche may leave Everton
Because of the continued uncertainty surrounding the team, sources have told Football Insider that Sean Dyche may look to leave Everton this summer.
Speaking on the most recent episode of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke disclosed that, in light of Dyche’s work at Goodison Park, several clubs may be preparing to hire him.
Everton has kept themselves afloat this season by stringing together some impressive wins over the last few weeks.
With five games remaining before their next round of fixtures, the Toffees are currently 15th in the Premier League standings.
This season, Dyche has had to deal with a number of off-field issues following the club’s eight-point deduction for violating the league’s spending regulations and the numerous setbacks to 777 Partners’ proposed takeover.
Sean Dyche may consider leaving Everton in search of greater security.
Due to the unsettling financial state of the team, Dyche has not been able to make plans for the upcoming campaign.
After struggling to avoid relegation for the previous few years, the 52-year-old is excited to help the team advance.
O’Rourke disclosed that after a disorganised last 18 months on Merseyside, the Blues manager might decide to leave this summer if he is offered greater stability somewhere else.
When the transfer window reopens, Everton might have to offload some of its best players in order to help balance the books and prevent further point deductions.
