Manchester City has brought a star-studded squad to face Celtic in their friendly in the United States.
The English giants have brought Erling Haaland, Josko Gvardiol, Jack Grealish, and other players to their training camp in the United States, where they will face Brendan Rodgers’ champions. The game will take place at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Memorial Stadium, and manager Pep Guardiola is looking forward to seeing his star players in action.
Some other heavyweights will miss out as they rest and recover from the Euros, but City’s record goal scorer in a season, Haaland, and England’s own Grealish, will be available.
The Celtics still have the sought-after Matt O’Riley, who will most likely start, while others, such as newcomers Kasper Schmeichel and Viljami Sinisalo, will be ready.
