Murillo sends brilliant 16-word message to Danilo after his Nottingham Forest return
Murillo supports Danilo in emotional social media post.
As they eagerly awaited Danilo’s comeback to action, the City Ground was chanting his name throughout the second half. In the last moments, he replaced James Ward-Prowse.
Murillo took to social media following the game to express his support for his countryman, demonstrating that the occasion was just as significant to him as it was to the Forest supporters.
Murillo said: “Happy to see you back, brother. May it be a blessed new beginning, I love you.”
The camaraderie in the Forest squad will be something that Espirito Santo greatly appreciates, as his side looks to cement their third-place position in the Premier League table. It won’t just be Danilo’s importance off the field that helps, though, when analysing his stats from last season.
