This summer will likely be one of the busiest for Celtic in terms of transfer activity.
Brendan Rodgers is desperate to add quality to his team, but with transfer interest piqued in a number of his own players, the Celtic manager may be forced to spend a sizable portion of the club’s cash reserves just to bolster his first-team, let alone his squad.
With a striker being the main topic of discussion last month, Rodgers will be back to square one when Adam Idah returns to Norwich City from his loan spell. That is, unless the Hoops manager agrees to pay the Championship club’s asking price.

However, Rodgers could keep the £3 million fee and look to sign a £15 million striker who could be available for free when his contract expires at the end of the season.

Celtic could improve Adam Idah with Che Adams.
The 27-year-old Southampton striker will be a free agent at the end of the season, and given his experience in the Premier League and the Championship, he could help the Hoops.

Adams has 95 career goals and 37 assists in 395 games, indicating he can be a threat up front for Celtic.
With 26 caps, he has extensive international experience. However, Adams’ versatility could be important for Celtic. [Transfermarkt]
Throughout his diverse career, the Southampton man has played a variety of positions, including lone striker, winger, and attacking midfielder.

Brendan Rodgers has recently used Adam Idah as a target man to help Kyogo. Adams can also play that role because he is physically strong but also very quick, which can be useful on the counterattack.
His salary will not be a major issue, as Adams currently earns £32k per week [SalarySport], and with no fee involved, Celtic may be able to pay the player more than expected.
