Pundit Claims of Unannounced Celtic Deals.
Hugh Keevins, a veteran radio pundit and Record Sport columnist, has dropped a tantalising morsel that will get Celtic fans’ hearts racing.
According to his sources, Celtic have already completed a handful of transfer transactions, though they have yet to inform the fans. He said, “I’m hearing Celtic have a couple of transfer deals done, but as yet unannounced, and good money has been set aside for more experienced additions to a title-winning squad.”
Very interesting, however Hugh doesn’t seem to know who these players are.
With Joe Hart’s retirement at the end of last season, Celtic are looking for a new custodian.
They’re also looking to improve their attacking options by adding a new striker. Aside from these vital positions, there is an urgent need to instill some actual quality in the squad in order to retain league domination and build a name for themselves in Europe.
If the rumours are genuine and Celtic have truly signed some new players, the announcement should come soon.
The club could delay announcing deals for a variety of reasons. Getting their ducks in a row for an announcement and all of the associated social media activities, such as interviews and photoshoots. It could also be because they are now attending the Euros?
