Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season and Tottenham Hotspur are keen on securing his signature.

The club has reportedly discussed a summer transfer for the 24-year-old midfield player, according to a Football Insider report. It will be interesting to see if Nottingham Forest is willing to approve of his departure. The Premier League team has not made a decision regarding his future. It’s still unclear how things will turn out.
With five goals and ten assists in the Premier League this season, Gibbs-White has been an important member of Nottingham Forest’s squad. If Tottenham can finalise the deal, he might turn out to be a great addition.

The London team needs to improve their midfield goals and craft. The 24-year-old is capable of playing both as a winger and as the number ten. Tottenham may find great value in the closing third from his adaptability and technical skill.

Their reliance on James Maddison for inspiration and ambition has been excessive. Spurs’ performance has suffered as a result of the former Leicester City midfielder’s poor play in recent weeks.

Tottenham will be able to continue vying for titles and Champions League qualification the following season if they add more depth to their roster. In addition, the 24-year-old is accustomed to playing football in England, so if the deal can be completed, he could have an immediate influence at the London club.

According to the report, this summer’s valuation for the midfield player might reach £60 million. Spurs may run into trouble because of that. They may decide not to prioritise spending £60 million on a creative midfield player in favour of strengthening the other positions in their squad.
