The Portuguese international can play on either flank, and he will bring goals, creativity, and flair to the team. The winger is supposedly worth £60 million, and it will be intriguing to see whether Tottenham is willing to spend that price for him. Spurs will need to enhance other areas of their team in addition to spending money on a winger.

Arsenal are also looking to upgrade their attacking unit, and the Wolves winger would be a good long-term investment for them. The 24-year-old is well-established in the Premier League and could have an immediate impact if he joins Arsenal.

Due to a lack of squad depth, the Gunners have been unable to rotate players such as Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.Pursuing the Portuguese international is great for them. It will be fascinating to see if Tottenham follows up on their communication with the player’s agent by making an official approach to the club.
