Gary Lineker makes Nottingham Forest U-turn
Given that Forest crushed Leicester at the King Power Stadium little over a week ago, this must have devastated Lineker.
He has now acknowledged that he wants to commend Forest and, more significantly, Nuno Espirito Santo for his work.
He said on the Rest is Football podcast: “They deserve a lot of praise and what a job Nuno has done since he’s been there.
“Seeing a team like Forest fly like that is refreshing. I grit my teeth and hope they keep doing well.”
