“Work progresses at pace,” Celtic cleverly troll Rangers.
Celtic’s official X/twitter account brilliantly trolled the Rangers this afternoon, who, as you may be aware, are experiencing serious difficulties with their Copeland Road stand construction, which has already cost a senior member of staff his job.

David Murray, the previous club’s owner, famously erected the stands at Ibrox using his own steel. These days, they are looking for discounts in China, and things have fallen behind schedule, with Ibrox now certain to be out of action until at least September.
Celtic, meanwhile, are making good progress with their own construction projects, with the new training centre at Barrowfield coming together on time and with all of the steelwork currently on site and in place for the next stage of work to begin.
Celtic’s update on their own construction work at Barrowfields fooled no one and only added salt to the Ibrox wounds. And it’s safe to say that Celtic fans are embracing it!
